Cooking Method (Pan Fry)
1. Place frozen gyoza on a pre-heated greased non-stick pan on medium heat.
2. Add about 250 to 300ml of water to the pan and cover with lid.
3. Let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the water has reduced, remove the lid.
4. Continue to cook until gyoza's base turns golden brown.
Serve with shredded young ginger and preferred dipping sauce.
*Always make sure that the food is piping hot before serving.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
