Delivery

Delivery date and timeslot are available during checkout.
All delivery slots are subject to availability upon checkout. Delivery service is available in Singapore-Main Island only. Delivery slots are available in 3-4 hours delivery windows from 10:00am to 4:00pm, from Monday to Friday and from 10:00am to 2:00pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery charges are as follow:

Yes, representative may receive your items on your behalf. He/she must sign the delivery form on your behalf. For verification purposes, the representative must present the order ID number, full name and the phone number of the account used to placed an order before receiving the items from our delivery personnel.
No, delivery is only available in Singapore (Main Island).
Once we have started to process your order, we are not able to process order cancellation. To check, please send us an email or Whatsapp as soon as possible and our team will advise you whether or not your oder cancellation is possible. There will be a service free of S$15 imposed for any refund of order.
Once we have started to process your order, we are not able to make any other amendments to the delivery address or change in quantities. If there is a mistake in the delivery address of your order, please send us an email or Whatsapp as soon as possible and our team will advise you whether or not your order can be reroute. We are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items should there be mistake in the delivery address.

Self-collection

There is no minimum order for self-collection.

Payment

You can pay via Credit/Debit Cards, AliPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay as well as PayNow.
No, member of TungLok can only accumulate and redeem rebates at participating TungLok Restaurants only.
