Cooking Method
After defrost thoroughly, place the duck confit in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-25 mins until products are cooked completely.
*Always make sure that the food is piping hot before serving.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrost, do not refreeze.
