Cooking Method (Steam)
Option 1: For frozen bun, please steam with boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
Option 2: For defrosted bun, please steam with boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Please do not over-steam the buns, as the filling will thicken into custard.
*Always make sure that the food is piping hot before serving.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
