Cooking Method (Deep Fry)
1. Remove the Crispy Flour from bag.
2. Defrost the Seafood Meat Ball completely (in the original packaging) in the chiller or under running water.
3. Mix all of the Crispy Flour with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil and 5 tablespoons (70ml) of water into a smooth batter.
4. Heat oil to about 170°C - 180°C.
5. Coat the Seafood Meat Ball with the batter, deep fry until golden brown.
6. Serve hot.
*Always make sure that the food is piping hot before serving.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
