Cooking Method 1 (Cold Dish)
Defrost in the chiller overnight or under running water. Once completely thawed, can be consumed cold.
Cooking Method 2 (Reheat)
Immerse the frozen duck wing in boiling water for 8 minutes. Remove from the bag and eat hot.
*Always make sure that the food is piping hot before serving.
Keep frozen at or below -18Â°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
